I love being able to bypass my 5 gallon surge milking bucket and milk directly into glass jars. This allows me to quickly see how much each goat is producing, put the jars directly in the refrigerator and I don't have to clean my awkward surge bucket at each milking! Once you have the lid, you can cut your piping to allow the jar to become a part of the system. You can easily switch out a new jar once your first one becomes full. |
